Town Hall 2026 | An Engaging Insight Session with the CEO.

At the recent EMKAY Group town hall led by our CEO, Mr. Jayasangaran Dhanapal, the team was energized by insightful reflections on performance culture, ongoing customer engagement, and the future direction of the Group. Key strategic pillars were introduced to guide us into 2026: Business Development to secure the right land banks for sustainable growth, the Implementor role to drive execution excellence, and a stronger focus on Customer Relationship Management to deepen client trust and satisfaction. Mr. Jayasangaran also encouraged the team to adopt the Japanese principles of Kaizen—continuous improvement—and Ikigai—finding purpose in what we do—so that we grow not just in outcomes but meaningfully in heart and impact. In line with this cultural shift, the Human Resource Department has been renamed Human Capital Development to better promote teamwork, development, and cohesion. Our corporate song, “Satu untuk semua,” and the values of “I know and I care”—echoing the legacy of the late Tan Sri—were reaffirmed as core elements of who we are and how we serve.
