The recent Town Hall Session with our CEO, Mr. Jaya, brought EMKAY team members together for a meaningful conversation on where we are today and, more importantly, where we are heading next. Together with Human Capital Development (HCD), Mr. Jaya shared the Group’s organizational structure and how it is designed to help every team member and department understand their respective roles, responsibilities, and contribution to EMKAY’s next phase of growth. It was a timely reminder that carrying forward the Group’s legacy is a shared responsibility — one that requires clarity of purpose, stronger collaboration, continuous improvement and everyone playing their part. As the Town Hall concluded, the spirit of togetherness continued into Friday evening, with Kelab Rekreasi EMKAY (KRE) and the CRM team bringing everyone together through fun games, laughter and friendly competition. Away from meetings and daily responsibilities, it was a chance to connect as colleagues and strengthen camaraderie across the Group. The day came together with a simple but meaningful message: understand our direction, know the role we play, and move forward together — One Team, One Dream, Endless Possibilities.
