Construction of The Vybe @ Techzone continues to progress steadily, reaching 72% overall completion as at September 2026. Structural works for both the SOHO Tower and multi-level car park have reached roof level, while architectural works are advancing with wall construction completed up to Level 26 and works on Levels 27 and 28 currently underway. Skim coating, tiling, ceiling and painting works are also progressing across the development. Externally, sewerage and electrical infrastructure, retaining walls and other associated works continue to take shape. As the project moves into its next stages of completion, The Vybe is steadily progressing toward becoming another vibrant addition to Cyberjaya's growing Techzone community.
