Learning Today, Creating Greater Value Tomorrow

Learning never stops — especially when the business landscape around us continues to evolve. EMKAY team members recently participated in a two-day Executive Programme on Strategic Asset Optimisation & Commercial Decision-Making for Property Leaders, facilitated by VA Partners and VA Academy. With the theme “Unlocking Value from EMKAY’s RM300 Million Property Portfolio,” the program brought team members together to sharpen their understanding of asset performance, commercial thinking and, importantly, how better-informed decisions can create greater value from the properties we already have. Beyond presentations and numbers, the sessions encouraged discussion, the exchange of perspectives, and plenty of thinking around one important question: “How can we do better with what we already have?”

 As EMKAY continues to strengthen its property portfolio and explore new opportunities for growth, investing in our people remains equally important — because great assets alone do not create value; it takes capable people, sound judgment, and the courage to make the right decisions to bring that value to life.
