Engaging Session with the Executive Chairman!

As we entered the new year together, our Executive Chairman, Dato’ Hjh Fazwinna Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal, reminded us that 2026 is about strengthening One Team—based on accountability, integrity, and a high-performance culture that values learning, adaptability, and responsibility at every level. She emphasized the importance of upholding EMKAY’s EPIC values in all we do, remaining aligned with our One Page Strategic Plan, and supporting each other as we work on current and future projects. The gathering was further blessed with a doa selamat held at Level 7, symbolizing the readiness of the offices of the Executive Chairman, Executive Director, and the CEO—signifying gratitude and new beginnings. The session ended on a warm note as we celebrated our January birthday babies, welcoming the year with appreciation, unity, and renewed energy for the road ahead.
