What a weekend it was! On 11 October, the grounds of The Ayu Residences welcomed neighbours from the surrounding community and prospective homeowners. From early morning, our dedicated event teams were on-site, setting up registration, refreshments, guiding guests, and ensuring everything progressed smoothly.

As the excitement built, 12 October marked the formal opening ceremony. The event was proudly officiated by YBhg Dato’ Hjh Fazwinna Binti Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal, Executive Chairman of the EMKAY Group, together with her husband Tn Hj Syed Azniputra Syed Abdullah, and accompanied by our CEO, Mr Jayasangaran Dhanapal.

We were also honoured to host the following VIPs:

• YBhg Datuk Muhammad Razman bin Abu Samah, Director-General, Public-Private Partnership Unit, Prime Minister’s Department, and his wife Datin Azlini Binti Ahmad Adnan

• YBhg Sup. Inspektor Puan Seri Ayuna Bt Md Nazir, Head of Bandar Seri Putra Police Station

• Mr Lee Kok Peng, Principal of Kim Realty
  

Their presence added great significance to the occasion, highlighting both the importance of the development and our commitment to community-building.

Adding to the family-friendly atmosphere, on the afternoon of 12 October, we introduced a lively children’s segment featuring the beloved Didi & Friends, which delighted the younger guests and made the event even more memorable.

Special thanks go to our team members who arrived early on 11 and 12 October and stayed the full weekend — welcoming visitors from nearby residences, engaging with families exploring the show-units, and keeping the atmosphere vibrant and home-centred. Because of their hard work and warm hospitality, what might have been a routine launch became a memorable gathering of neighbours, prospects, and stakeholders.

Looking ahead, The Ayu Residences stands not just as a collection of homes but as a vibrant future community — where thoughtful design meets lived connection, and the foundation of something very special has been laid.
