PMS is not something feminine (lol), I would say. It stands for Performance Management System. Thank you to GHR, led by Ms. Felacia and the rest of the GHR Team. We now have a positive indicator to measure ourselves, be it our daily tasks at work, quarterly, or even a whole year measure. Not only that, but in the era of a world without boundaries, we can upskill ourselves through various trainings. Now, it's our turn to contribute to this system by filling in your PMS spreadsheet.
