The EMKAY Group of Companies purchased Tower A, the signature tower of the exclusive PJ Trade Centre in Damansara Perdana, to house all its subsidiaries under one roof.

PJ Trade Centre reflects the popularity of Petaling Jaya as a decentralized office location. The EMKAY Group decided on this building as the corporate head office due to the excellent location and accessibility, as well as the image and prestige of the project as a premier Grade A office development.

PJ Trade Centre is located in the Golden Triangle of PJ with excellent access through the LDP, Penchala Link, NKVE and the North-South Expressway. It is also surrounded by established townships such as Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Bandar Utama and Mutiara Damansara.

PJ Trade Centre is made up of four tower blocks with an annexe building that houses a health club with a gymnasium and swimming pool.

The EMKAY Group will occupy approximately four floors of this 21-storey tower whilst leasing the remaining office suites to corporate entities.
