PARADIGMA INTAN SDN BHD

Paradigma Intan Sdn Bhd is the developer of NeoDamansara, a commercial development project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM750 million at the entrance of Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya.

NeoDamansara’s Phase 1, comprising of 14 units of en-bloc shop-offices and 70 units of strata shop offices, with an estimated GDV of RM100 million, is due for completion in October 2009.

Due to the overwhelming demand for shop office space, Paradigma Intan has recently launched the additional Block E comprising of one 12-storey building with 84 units of strata titled shop offices, penthouse suites, office suites and retail shops with an estimated GDV of RM36 million and due for completion in October 2010.

 

NeoDamansara is accessible via the Damansara - Puchong Highway, Penchala Link and the NKVE. Besides, public transportation is also widely available as the Metro and Rapid KL Bus runs into Damansara Perdana and taxis are abundant.
